Hi all - Here we go again! I just received a sample of Jamaican-style Jerk seasoning from "The Pepperman". I tried it on a few things including a BLT and flat loved it. It has the flavor of its spices and great heat. I spent the rest of the night tasting little dabs and licking salt off the back of my hand. What a list! Way to go Pepperman!
