I too just recieved my sample and must say that it is quite good. It dosn't
make sense to compare to Calvins powder because they are two totaly
different things.
I can see myself using this Jamaican Jerk seasoning as more of a condiment
where I would use Calvins powder as an Ingredient.

I tried it sprinkled lightly on pistacios which was excellent. I also tried
it on some  buritos last night. Overall very good. I can see needing this in
my kitchen. One other note: This powder was so fine that when I opened the
bag and took a wiff I got a exceptional case of Hunan-nose :)
