[CH] Kung-Pao Pizza

We got somewhat creative (or quite weird) and made a kung pao pizza
tonight. It started when I pulled a bottle of commercial kung-pao sauce
out of the 'fridge while we were preparing pizza. Susie gave me a
somewhat odd look and said "And what are you going to do with that?".
"Why, make a pizza of course." Well, actually, we negotiated and I made
1/4 th of a pizza. Kung Pao sauce (needed more heat), chopped onions,
chopped roasted peanuts, topped with mozzarella cheese. Susie decided it
was the best pizza she had ever had. Does anyone have a good recipe for
a kung-pao sauce? The commercial variety was just too mild, recipes
gratefully appreciated!
