[CH] Pretty Much Off-Topic (Buttermilk)

I just made (yes, you read that right...) a gallon of whole milk buttermilk
for the sole purpose of making scones and biscuits.  Well, I've made the
scones and biscuits, and now I have plenty of buttermilk left over.  Anyone
have any recipes they'd like to share that use buttermilk?  I guess if the
recipes don't have chiles, you should send them directly to me instead of
flooding this list.
