.......Thanks, I have been in and out of the gutter since joining the list
a number of years ago....I'd rather be there with you folks and rolling
around on a Twister[TM] mat than hanging out with PC...just taint no fun!

Just hope the scrapes don't get chile oil on them when I chop me chiles!
BTW, trying to keep on topic, I made the poppers that were posted a little
while ago (sorry, don't remember who posted it) but required blanching the
gutted pepper for a few minutes to soften a bit, cool in cold water, then
stuff and roll in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs and bake.  They were
great!  I did just about make my F-I-L has respitory failure as those
Jalapenos cooked in the water.....that, and I threw the seeds and membranes
into to woodstove.....ooops!  I coughed a bit too....he suggested nuking
them and I told him because it would cause chile fumes...guess it happened
either way!
