Jim. The sample was great. Enjoyed immensely! Also had a lot of fun
sharing it with pretend chile-heads. I would brake off a big chunk pop
it in my mouth and ask "Would you like to try some home made hot pepper
bread?" What I liked best is the delayed time it takes before it
starts to "warm-up" your mouth. It has a nice flavor and entices you to
chew slow to savor it. By the time the heat kicks in its to late to
change your mind and the warm glow starts to separate the real from the
pretenders. That's when I would brake off another bite and say before
inserting in my mouth; "Great stuff don't you think. Have another bite!
The second bite is better after you know what is coming."

My wife makes several "hot" breads I like to make sandwiches with. I
could not eat a whole sandwich made with Jim's bread. It took several
hours just to eat one slice
