[CH] creme fraiche

I have only received one post today from the list (server probs) and it was
regarding creme fraiche. You can make it by mixing half heavy cream and
half sour cream - cover, let sit in a warm place for 12 hours, stir and
refrigerate for 24 hours...or just say screw it and use regular sour cream...
