Hi John,

A year or so ago a Jamaican turned me on to a couple of Jamaican
Restaurant and Shops here in Hot'lanta. After trying several of the
brands I ended up latching on to Walker's Wood products.

Here beside me I have a bottle of W.W. Scotch Bonnet Pepper sauce.
The flavor is great but it is lacking in heat.

I also have a bottle of W.W. One Stop Jerk Sauce. It is a dark brown
fruit concoction that is tasty but also lacks heat. Where traditional
jerked meats are marinated in the jerk sauce overnight, the "One Stop"
is supposed to be an instant jerk sauce. To me it lacks the lime of a
jerk sauce.

W.W. does have the traditional jerk sauce that is the greatest. The
heat is in there this time. I do not have the bottle to tell you the
exact name - it may be the one you mentioned.

Martuoks(sp?) is also a favorite brand of mine they carry in these
shops.

As with any sauce that has good flavor but lacks heat, I add Endoprhin
Rush and it doesn't seem to compromise the flavor.

I'll be glad to supply the 800 number for anyone not able to find
Walker's Wood, or even fire off a bottle your way as a service to a
fellow ChileHead.

And I must add: I am in no way affiliated with Walker's Wood, nor do I
own stock in the company <g>!

Yours in Quality Heat,

Rock-N-Randy
