you could try keeping it in a small pot to stunt its growth (pot bound) -
also, keep pinching back the sprouts that want to grow taller - you'll end
up with a bushier plant. . .or maybe even a bonsai pepper plant. . .B-)

IS there a way to keep a plant from growing tall, or
does anybody know of a pepper plant that only grows 18
inches tall ?
