Thanks to all the folks in Indiana: the Chile Woman, Steve Thomas, and Jim
Campbell. I really enjoyed the show and "the Bread". I hope it was as
successful for the venders as it was for me.
I had been trying to get several of my office mates to come, but it wasn't
high enough on their agendas, I guess. Anyway, this morning, I fed them the
bread, and laid out a sample of the sauces from the show. Now, they are "Do
we really have to wait until next year?" enthusiastic.
Great wine, cheese, sauces, chiles, powders, people, stories, and lore. See
you next year.
