[CH] Pepper Leaf Yellowing

Can any help me with a problem I'm seeing with some of my pepper & tomato
plants?  The leaves (seed & true leaves) on some plants turn yellow then brown
& dry starting at the very tips of the leaves, then progressing towards the
stem.

Plants were just transferred from 6-pack cells to 3" peat pots about 7 days
ago.  The plants are being fertilized with a dilute 20-20-20 fertilizer
solution every 7-10 days.

Would appreciate any helpful hints,
