- Friday - Hall of Flame Educational Seminars, "The Industry Classroom,"
with speakers Jennifer Trainer Thompson, Sharon Hudgins, Jerry Shriver, and
Bob Harris. For hot and spicy food buyers and manufacturers interested
developing and growing their business.
- Saturday - Trade Day, "Industry-Wide Negotiations," for hot and spicy food
buyers and manufacturers to display and purchase product, form relationships
with new partners, establish their business among peers, and enjoy cooking
- Sunday - Consumer Festival, "A Public Celebration of Hot and Spicy,"
featuring live music and cooking demonstrations by some of the brightest
stars on the international cooking scene. Open to the public. Festival
hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Consumers - $6 at the door, $5 before.
- Trade - $20 at the door, $10 before August 15th. With seminars - $125 at
the door, $100 before August 15th.
- Booths - Call for booth prices. Register for a booth before May 1st and
get a $100 discount.
