Here are two recipes from "The Great Salsa Book"

Tomatillo Salsa Verde

1 pound tomatillos, roughly chopped
3 serrano chiles, with seeds
3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree.  
yield: about 2 cups

Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

same recipe as above except add 1 avocado roughly chopped and omit the sugar
