Hi all Anyone out there have a good mix for cajun coating. I've seen a few in various books, but I was wondering if anyone has there "own special blend of herbs and spices" that sets them apart. Anyway, the growing season has finished down here. 9 1/2 hours of daylight just isn't enough. Cheers Dlae in Tassie
