Here's what I did and my wife was home to enjoy it. I loaded the
smoker at about noon with a bunch of chicken leg quarters and country
style spare ribs coated with jerk rub. I tossed in a few chunks of
tuna for fun. Got some jalapenos and hungarian hot peppers and
hollowed them out to stuff them with a mix of cream cheese, spices,
chopped clams and procuttio, then threw them in the smoker too. Oh
what the heck, let's rub some garlic bulbs with olive oil ant toss
them in there too. As dinner time rolled around I made some jalapeno
corn bread and the wife made potato salad. Washed it all down with
a couple of home brews.

Bonus is that we have leftovers for the next few days, Yum!!!
