I don't know of very many CH-type restaurants here. Poblanos on N. St.
Mary's has a good chile de arbol salsa (you may have to ask for it) and
both Thai Kitchen on McCarty and Asia Market and Kitchen on SW Loop 410
have honestly hot Thai food. I'll be glad to offer other suggestions if
you'll provide some specifics.
