We went to a place here in Indianapolis on Saturday night. We had not been
there for a while, as they had a Cajun nite and had discontinued it.

The place is on N. Keystone Ave and is called "The Mousetrap". They have
recently started a Caribbean Night (won't be on this Sat, as it is the
night before the big race) on Saturdays.

The food was outstanding. I had BBQ ribs with rice and Pineapple Habanero
Salsa! A great salsa with a moderate amount of habs (for the general
public's consumption). Quite tasty, and they sprinkled the ribs with
chopped habs and brought me a side dish of chopped habs when I ordered
"please be generous with the habs".

Highly recommended to anyone living in Indy or passing through.

Still glowing,
Frank
