I think it would be just easier to tell you the sauces i use and buy on a
regular basis. I don't mind a bit of vinegar, I try to avoid sauces that
list that ingredient first, but then I don't rules out anything totally
unless I try it first.
I've been buying hot sauces regularly for almost 2 decades.. so my
favorites.. and what I use all the time are:
(No particular order)

1) Cholula - medium hot but tasty
2) Coyote Cocina - Pranster's Red - again not hot but love the taste
3) Melinda's XXXXtra Reserve
4) Busha Browne's Pukka Hot Pepper sauce
5) Sontava Habanero XXXtra hot sauce
6) House of Tsang Mongolian Fire oil
7) Tabasco (my 1st hot sauce I got started on - sentimental fav.. but of the
louisiana styles I've tried - it has less salt and more heat than the likes
of Chrystal, etc)
8) Coyote Cocina Howlin Hot Sauce
9) Religious Experience Apocalypse

So survey sez: (your turn..what's your fav hot sauces?)
