Well, my local Thai restaurant (actually, one of many) could never make
it hot enough for me.
So, in exasperation, I told the waitress to tell the chef to, "Burn me."
He did. Looked like he had poured an entire bottle of chile paste on
the food - it was bright red.
I was with business clients, so I did the best I could - didn't
complain.
But I ate very little, then took the food home and washed it off!
It was still too hot to eat.
Never, never, never say that.
