If you frequent the Asian markets, you will find a little packet called NOH of
Hawaii, Korean Kim Chee, all you do is add water and the rock salt and
cabbage, very simple, quite hot, but you can adjust.  My friend who is
Cambodian, introduced me to this packet stuff, she makes it all the time and
tastes very genuine, and costs less than buying ready made.
