Correct me if my correction is incorrect ;-) but I believe that Tellicherry
is a region of India that superior quality peppercorns of the black variety
come from... we used to get Tellicherry peppercorns in bulk from Frontier
Herbs at a store I was at once.... perhaps they also grow pink and green
ones as well, but I only really remember the black ones as being bigger than
the average and of much better pungency and flavor.
