Green Salso:

4 green tomatos
1 small read onion, finely chopped
2 fresh green chiles, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Just mix 'em all together and serve in 30 minutes
I didn't have any fresh coriander, so I used ground up seed.
