This will more than likely be the last time you hear from me until the
beginning of December.  I leave for Hong Kong on Saturday morning and will not
return until November 30th.

While in Hong Kong I will be part of the opening team for the New Rainforest
Cafe which is scheduled to open on the same day as you will more than likely
be celebrating Thanksgiving.  So please have an extra helping of white meat
and of course a tad more pumpkin pie for me.  I'll probably be eating
something off our menu ,which after 20 days gets to be pretty much a non-
event.  Maybe I'll get a bunch of people together for a Dim Sum Thanksgiving.
I may even find some ChileHeads out there willing to partake in Asian
delicacies with me.

If you are in Hong Kong and would like to stop by to say hello, then by all
means ask for me.  They'll know me by my name, John Whalen or by my nickname
which is "Chile".   At any rate I work in the kitchen training the prep cooks
so there should be no problem with me sticking my head out to say hello.

So anyhow, keep the jokes, recipes, and comments coming.  I'll have a couple
of days off when I return to readjust to and relax so I'll appreciate all the
e-mail I can read.
