A good use for them their hab flakes is to mix them with apple
butter/sauce, pear butter, etc. and make hot fruit roll-ups. Instead of
using the plastic tray that comes with the dehydrator use plastic wrap.
When dried place on a cutting board and use a pizza cutter to cut into
small strips. Roll them up leaving on the plastic wrap. Takes about 1/2
quart of fruit pulp to make one large hot fruit roll-up.
