I own 3 tool rental stores.  My favorite tool rental story told to me by
another store owner goes like this.  "I had this guy come in a while back
and wanted to rent a chain saw.  I rented it to him, showed him how it
works, took his money and sent him on his way.  About an hour later he came
back mad as hell.  The saw was a mess.  The guy said "this saw doesn't
work, it won't cut chain!!!".

Sadly, I tend to agree.  The human race is doomed.
