I don't know if this establishment is still open, but in May 1990 I went to a Minneapolis restaurant that almost took my head off - Sri Lankan Curry House, on Hennepin Avenue, I think. Reputed to be the hottest cuisine in the world. As a Texan, I can take a bit of heat - probably not as much as some of you folks, but I'd put this up against restaurant you might offer.
