I have heard using potatoes for absorbing salt, but never heat.  Remember
not to eat the taters...if they are salty that is.  If they really do take
out heat they might just end up quite tasty!
	To any Atlantans, Bridgetown Grill has redone their menu (since my last
attendance anyway) and it is wonderful!  In addition to the old standby
black and white soup  (black bean soup and habanero cheese soup served in
the same bowl) they have chipotle shrimp, a nice and spicy mahi mahi and
much more.  I was impressed!  Oh yeah, I was at the Little 5 Bridgetown,
which I think has always been the best of the three.
