Thanks for all of your help.  I ended up giving the chili to a friend of
ours who has not tastebuds (he said it was mild).

For the person who said I was "pulling your chain."  I am not a chilehead,
my hubby and his best friend are.  I am eating spicier food than I used to
thanks to my new hubby.  Give me a few years, and I'll be up with ya'll in
the heat index.  8)

I'm keeping all the posts about beer.  My next endevor is beer herb bread.
Maybe with some chilies thrown in. *GRIN*
