Agreed Coyote ... Micro brew IPA's even better than Sierra Nevada and the
like.  For the non-beer ChileHeads, and IPA is beer for HopHeads only.  Also,
Brooklyn Brewery Weiss or Ale, and Rolling Rock (can you believe it?) will put
out fires from Chiles better than most other beers (David Rosengarten on
Taste), tasted and tested by me - turns out to be true.
Ancho amazed?  I was.
