1 ½ lb cat fish fillets, skinned
                                                  1 tsp minced garlic
       2 Tbsp olive oil
                                                  1 tsp ground coriander
       1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
                                                  ½ cup plain yogurt
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
                                                  2 Tsp fresh ginger, minced
¼ cup cucumbers, deseeded, peeled and sliced thinly

Preheat oven to 400°F
Lay fish in a shallow baking dish, overlap any thin sections. Brush with 1
Tbsp of olive oil.
Mix yogurt and cucumbers and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a frying pan, sauté onion, peppers, ginger and garlic
until onion is soft, about 4 mins; stir in coriander. Sprinkle mixture over
fish and bake in oven until fish is cooked, about 10 - 12 mins. Serve with a
yogurt cucumber mix to garnish.
