We too LOVE chipotle in adobo. In the summertime my husband takes the puree
and adds it to softened butter we use it on fresh sweet corn.. I bet there
are others on the list who could share more ideas too. I have a 7 month old
who needs my attention or I could go on and on! Happy holidays to the list.

In VERY COLD Chicago.>>

It's 23F here in the SF Bay Area this morning!!!! It snowed in SF two days
ago. We are freezing. I have been to Chicago in Jan. yes that's cold!!!!
Wind Chill factor took it to -65F.

Chipotle is wonderful stuff!!!!! Try adding fresh herbs to the corn and
grill. I just pull the husks back, clean the silk, place the Chipotle butter
on w/garlic roasted garlic is even better, and arrange fresh herbs (lavender,
thyme, pineapple sage, rosemary, marjoram all are good and in any
combinations) wrap back up tightly and grill. Real tasty. Actually I would
think the Origano would be real good with Chipotle.
