Do yourself a huge favor and search out some Billy Bob's Blazin' Trail
Smoky Habanero Sauce.  It gained such a following here in Louisville
when the guy was still making it in the back of the store and selling it
with typewritten labels that it's gone national.  Lovely, lovely stuff;
smoky enough, but not obnoxious; good heat, but mellow and rich and
tasty as well.
