honorable sir

I read with great interest of your newly made drink, the Fireman's Bitter,
and I thought for the moment of where in the past I had heard of Wormswood.
It is the stuff of Absinthe, is it not, of which it was once said
"absinthe makes the head grow softer"? Boy, that's all a chile dabbler
needs--eating habits which include some of the most wonderful food known to
man, and no brain to remember it with!

Absinthe has a long history here in New Orleans, and through the 1800's
throughout America. but surely the problem didn't come from a mere
infusion of the flowered twig.....say it ain't true!?

It must be some other part of the plant you can't use, afterall, what would
we do without bitters! drink sounds lovely otherwise
