Starting a new garden near woods, FENCE IT IN. Mine is near woods, with fence and good mouser I don't lose anything to critters, Have 2 friends with gardens near woods, that don't fence them, they lose most of there crops to animals every year. Remember those 4 legged veggie eaters don't know what a boundry line means, they just smell the food. Byron
