This is a message for all chile-heads in the Orange Country (CA) region.
Hot and Saucy, a local hot shop, is going out of business. While this is
unfortunate, they've marked ALL their stock down by 50%. I was just in
on Saturday and they still had a good range of sauces, cookbooks, chile
(and non-chile) related gifts. According to the folks there, the shop
will be open until the end of Feb. or the inventory runs out.
Hot and Saucy is in the shopping mall just off the 405 on the corner of
Jamboree and Michelson in Irvine.
