Hot Rod,
The Twin Cities has a lot of great spots, but for my money, you can't go
wrong with the Sri-Lanka Curry House. Heat beyond imagination, and the food
is tasty, too! :) There are four different levels of heat, and they won't
serve you the hottest unless either know you or you can prove that you've
eaten the hottest Sri Lankan food (i.e. proof that you've lived there, etc.)
I went with a friend from India, who requested the hottest variety. When
asked how long it had been since she had been to India, her answer was
deemed unacceptable, and they refused to serve her the hottest plate!
The address is listed below, but you'll find it's quite easy to find once
you get into the Uptown area of the city. Have fun!
