[CH] Anita Bryant; again

Just kidding. Actually, I was wondering if anyone has had experience
comparing different lights for starting pepper seeds. There is some
confusion about what types of bulbs are best. The 'official' grow light
bulbs are much more expensive than 'regular' bulbs. There are cool,
warm, bright, white... I notice that on the expensive 'grow light bulbs'
they do not usually list a color temperature. Are they hiding the fact
the these special bulbs are not real that special? Any comments?
