I thought that red savinas (a variety of habanero) were the hottest.
I've tasted bird chiles, habbies, and red savinas side-by-side, and their
heat increased in that order.  Pure capsaicin oleoresin was the hottest
stuff I ever tried, but the burn faded faster than that of red savinas.
