I don't know where you are located, but I find seeds from West Coast
Seeds are very reliable.  they are located in Vancouver, and have a
large mail-order catalogue.  I haven't checked out the website, but the
address is www.westcoastseeds.com.  They have 12 hot peppers in their
print catalogue, including red scotch bonnet, thai dragons and habs.  I
grew their habs last year, and they were great.  The ones I managed to
save from some chile loving animal?? that visited my garden, that is.
