And wandering off topic here in Oz. Luke did pass the comment that he
seems to recall being told long ago and far away in another Gala-- 
OOPs that's another List.......
Anyway I was told that "Mustard oil is used to coat meats in India to
prevent spoilage" not talking your basic Jerk Sauce here but as a long
term solution. i.e. Longer than a couple of day, think the figure was 
a couple of months..This was not your soopermarket grade oil but a down
on the farm type home style oil, fresh pressed full of bits of seed.
 
Any body heard this theory????

Back on topic again: Rain 8 inches here in a day and a half. I'm playing
the " How many Slugs Can You Fit on a Sate Skewer " game. Gave up
feeding them beer last year as they were acquiring a habit
All Chile plants are now in full Summer mode so its Sauce time here at
Safety Beach..
