[CH] Mea Culpa II Secure Ordering

Thanks to all of you who responded. We're not out of the woods yet.
If you go to the secure order page, https takes you to the secure 
side of the Internet Service Provider, and the little padlock shows 
up.

Unfortunately the program which receives the order and sends it to me 
is not located on the secure side, so if you press the send order 
button you go to a program located at http, the padlock unlocks, and 
you're back out in unsecure cyberspace.

I think this has to be fixed by the server's operations staff and 
they won't be in till tomorrow. What a learning experience!
