With apologies to Peter Moss I left the message intact. I let my 
subscription to Chile Pepper Mag lapse when the quality declined. 
Dave DeWitt is publishing a magazine called Firey Foods, but it 
caters to the trade. Firey Foods has a great website with a lot of 
information and articles.
