John Jeavons recommends a triangular spacing like Jim has mentioned. He uses it for all crops. Spacing recommendations for just about everything are listed in Jeavons' book, How to Grow More Vegetables, published by Ten Speed Press. And BTW, Jim - how do you plant those many?
