I post myself as a "chile-head of the moderate persuasion".  I love the
flavor of chiles...fresh, dried or smoked...from the plain ole' green bell
to some of the hot varities.  But, a chipotle is about as tongue-slapping as
I want most of the time.  The drop-to-your-knees and wet-your-pants type of
food is fine for lots of C-H buddies but not for this old gal  ;^)
