Habs don't just have heat; they have a flavor and scent you really
can't get from other peppers.  I like the idea of a heatless hab to
use where I want the taste but not the heat, as long as it is NOT
allowed to crossbreed randomly with the hot ones and turn them wimpy.
After the heatless-jalapeno gene was allowed (by poor planning, IMHO)
to get loose in the hot-jalapeno fields, it got really hard to find
reliably hot jals from anything but local farmers' markets.
