Anybody want to know about my GREEN chile stew that is cookin

well actually ...
I guess I am goiong to have to find a source in Birmingham or Huntsville
that has these chilies! every time I read this list (except when talking
about frozen dinners) I want to run out and gather the ingrediants!!

Please for me the newbie send a chili discription AND an alternative if
feasable.
