okay I had a friend who did a pig roast every year I knew he injected the
pig a few days ahead of time. never would tell what went in it but it was
really good and fun too! the kids would come up and poke on its face put
things up his nose. and the pig would never complain!!

okay my question then is, ho long do you marinate a bird?
24 hours??
longer? shorter??
