[CH] Like a chat with friends?

Next time you have a chat with friends, try this:

Get a stopwatch. Make a rule that before anyone says anything, they
must repeat everything that's been said up to that point. Start the
stopwatch and the conversation simultaneously. Stop the stopwatch
when this gets tedious. Compare this to how long it takes to read a
single day's digest.

Sorry for perpetuating this OT subject, but I get tired of seeing
people like Peter and Ray (and probably me) blasted just for
suggesting a little more courtesy. People swear by Mike Bowers'
administrivia posts, but do they actually even read them? He's
preaching the same thing!
