HAR!  Well, they woulda made elementary school more fun.:)  But the
pepper paste in question is Chinese or Vietnamese, and it's like hot,
fruity red velvet.  Nothing on earth is better over hot pasta with a
little chopped Roma tomato and a drizzle of oil.
