 Greetings, all-
                The March  catalog from Hamilton Bookseller (Falls Village, CT
 06031-5000) lists several good (IMHO) chile cookbooks.  Most of these show up
on the website <www.hamiltonbook.com>  including "The Hot Sauce Bible" which
they  sold out of 3 or 4 months back.  I highly recommend this book!  Not all
of the chile books are to be found under 'chile' at the website; one has to
fish around.  Also Paul Prudhomme's "Fiery Foods That I Love" is in the
catalog (894494, $5.95) but not at the website.  Go figure.
      Usual disclaimer: I've no interest here other than saving a buck. This
outfit sells mostly 'remaindered' books from the publishers so the prices are
usually about as low as I've been able to find.
